Synthex Technologies Sp. z o.o. is a chemical company founded to provide a wide range of services in the synthesis of unique organic compounds for all chemical, pharmaceutical and electronic industries. This includes both theory and execution in industrial practice.

We provide synthesis design, execution, scaling and consulting services. Our team combines youth, ambition, passion for our work and at the same time many years of experience, which allows us to undertake even the most difficult tasks in the field of custom organic synthesis. Thanks to our services you no longer need to invest in your own laboratories and research centres. Every industry can turn to us with their problems and we will support them, even if what they expect from us is not within our usual scope. Organic synthesis is our speciality, so we’re not afraid of any challenges you ask us to face. We have our own research and development department, and the quality of our work is confirmed with an ISO 9001 Certificate.

DR. ANDRZEJ WOLAN, PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Andrzej is the co-founder and CEO of Synthex Technologies. In our company, he’s responsible for supervising projects and overseeing the orders, as well as for scientific and strategic management of the focus teams. His own interests are in synthesis and application testing of hydroxamic acids, ionic liquids and organic compounds. He is also a participant in, and coordinator of, commercial R&D programs. Privately, he is an avid guitar player and lover of good music.
DR. MARIUSZ J. BOSIAK, VICE PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

DR. MARIUSZ J. BOSIAK, VICE PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Mariusz is a co-founder of the company, a Vice President of the Management Board and our Production Director. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of production plans and projects, as well as R&D tasks. He is a specialist in the synthesis and use of organic compounds used in optoelectronics (diodes, displays, lasers, dyes, solar cells etc). Outside work, Mariusz is a passionate home-brewer of beers and is interested in history and archaeology. He also enjoys travelling and cycling.

MAGDA PACHURKA, MSC, MANAGEMENT BOARD OFFICE MANAGER

Magda coordinates many business processes at Synthex. She is responsible for issuing analysis certificates and also for our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Personally, she is fascinated by molecular cooking. In her spare time, she climbs walls and is also a diver. Magda is also interested in animal behaviourism.

Marcin is responsible for overseeing our laboratory work. He initiates projects and monitors their results, as well as the processes leading to their completion – Marcin coordinates the activities of our laboratory staff at each stage of their work. Privately, he cultivates bonsai trees.
JOANNA WŁODARCZYK, MSC, PROJECT MANAGER

JOANNA WŁODARCZYK, MSC, PROJECT MANAGER

In the laboratory, Joanna designs and modifies synthesis pathways based on a literature-patent analysis. She coordinates research projects, carries out complex organic synthesis and defines design risks. Privately, Joanna is a member of a brass band, in which she plays tenor saxophone, and she enjoys hiking in the mountains.
MARCIN RAKOWIECKI, MSC, PROJECT MANAGER

MARCIN RAKOWIECKI, MSC, PROJECT MANAGER

Marcin designs and modifies synthesis pathways based on a literature-patent analysis. As a Project Manager, he coordinates research projects, carries out organic syntheses and defines design risks. He also practises Japanese martial arts, and competes in judo and ju-jitsu, in which he has already earned several achievements.

ŁUKASZ FIGIELSKI, MSC, SYNTHESIS SPECIALIST

At Synthex, Łukasz conducts organic syntheses according to set time frames, and performs ongoing laboratory analyses. He also handles our product catalogue, taking care of the quality of every item. Łukasz’s passion is travelling around Poland and Europe. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors in the open air.
PIOTR TRZASKA, MSC, SYNTHESIS SPECIALIST

PIOTR TRZASKA, MSC, SYNTHESIS SPECIALIST

Piotr is responsible for conducting organic syntheses according to set time frames and protocols. He carries out ongoing laboratory analyses and participates in our flagship projects. In his spare time, Piotr plays an electric guitar, and enjoys rock and metal music. He is also a keen 20th century historian and is passionate about horror novels.
